Responsibility of the Board of Directors
It is the fundamental purpose of the Board of Directors to be responsible for formulating policy for the conduct of the schools, and to provide the schools with financial accountability. In practice, the Board of Directors will confine itself largely to participation in policy making, advising in the use of school property, and approval of the annual budget.

Members of the Board of Directors serve in a policy-making and decision-making capacity, assisting the school administrators. The Board offers insight, wisdom, and expertise in operational, financial, and policy matters of the school. Under the oversight of the Executive Director, school administrators have full decision-making authority and the responsibility for implementing established policies.

Wes Simmons, professional standards sergeant for Chino police department, is the Chair of the Board

Ed Morrison, who has been an independent business owner, is the Secretary/Treasure of the Board

Dr. Lacera, who is an M.D. in private practice, is assisting with Future development

Jim Taylor, who has over 30 years of teaching and administrative experience in both public and private school education, is assisting administration with personnel

Linda Pearson, the Marketing Director Corona Regional Medical Center, is assisting with fundraising

Kathy Satterfield, who has her own home internet business, is assisting with Financial Tuition Assistance

George Saroyan, a mortgage planner specializing in residential financing, is assisting with Future development

Roger Harris is the Executive Director (CEO) of Crossroads Christian Schools
