Responsibility of the Board of Directors
It is the fundamental purpose of the Board of Directors to be responsible for formulating policy for the conduct of the schools, and to provide the schools with financial accountability. In practice, the Board of Directors will confine itself largely to participation in policy making, advising in the use of school property, and approval of the annual budget.
