About Crossroads Home School Academy
Crossroads Church and its schools have been a shining light for Jesus Christ in our community for many years. Consistently, one main goal of Crossroads has been partnering with our families in the area of Christian education. With many Christian families choosing to home school their children in our community, Crossroads Schools has recognized the need homeschooling parents have for support, encouragement, and guidance. Homeschooled students also benefit from interaction, enrichment, and connection with other Christian families.
In the fall of 2009 Crossroads embarked on a new venture with the opening of Crossroads Academy. The Academy is a home school PSP or private school program that is registered with the state of California to enroll homeschooled children. Parents have complete choice in the curriculum they choose in the 5 main areas of education. The PSP keeps school records and attendance, provides monthly parent meetings, arranges fieldtrips, offers enrichment classes, and even offers on-campus courses in our middle school and high school. In addition to this, Academy students and their parents may participate in after-school programs like Christian scouts, band, and sports.
Crossroads is very excited to add this new school to the family. We have welcomed more than 30 children to our PSP this year and are still growing.
