Families interested in enrolling in CCS Homeschool will begin with the application process.Application packets are available in the school office. The packet includes a student application, personal reference form, and school reference form (to be used if your child is transferring from a school/classroom setting to our Level 2 program). When the application is returned, families should also bring the student’s most recent report card (K-8) or high school transcript, and for grades 7-12, an informal essay written by the student explaining why he/she would like to participate in the CCS homeschool program.
Once the application has been reviewed by the Homeschool Administrator, the family will be offered a registration packet. Families should be prepared to bring a copy of the student’s birth certificate and current immunization record when submitting registration paperwork. Enrollment is complete when all application, registration, and financial forms have been approved.
