Donation Process

Fundraising efforts and financial gifts are important in allowing all of Crossroads Christian Schools to move forward with projects and expenses that tuition alone does not cover. We believe the Lord requires us to be good stewards of the financial blessings He brings to us.

There are four ways in which you can participate in our fundraising efforts:

  1. Gifts In Kind: Gifts in Kind are things purchased and donated to the school such as sports equipment, computer and digital technology*, classroom enhancements, just to name a few. These may also include things you own in excellent condition that you no longer use or your business is upgrading or replacing.
  1. Participation in fundraising projects: Whether it is a Color Run, Car Wash, Food and School Spirit Wear, or some other event or project, your contribution through participation makes a huge difference.
  1. Monetary Gifts: Cash gifts can be assigned to established designated funds for specific projects, capital improvements, classroom enhancements, and specific program development. Designated gifts will be placed in a restricted fund and spent only on those things designated. All cash gifts that are not specifically assigned to an established designated fund will go to support our Tuition Assistance Program.
  1. Sponsorship: If you own or represent a business, or if privately you want to sponsor an event, your gift will be reciprocated with public recognition in the form of banners and publications. This can be a form of advertisement but may still tax deductible. You should always consult a tax professional when claiming deductions for cash gifts, gifts in kind, and sponsorship on tax returns.

Our PSF for preschool-8th grades and our A-Team for high school are parent groups supporting our schools in fundraising projects in which you are encouraged to participate.

Again, all school fundraisers and gifts will be used for specific projects or designations. All non-specified gifts or surplus project funds will only be designated for Tuition Assistance, and except for tracking purposes, will not go into the general operational fund. Feel free to contact me if have any questions.

Please continue to embrace the theme of “Building on what is good” and thinking about those things that will bring about positive outcomes.
