Campus Security and Guidelines Subpage Header Graphic
At Crossroads Christian School, the safety and security of our learners, staff, and visitors are our top priority. We are committed to providing a nurturing, faith-filled environment where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive.

To ensure this, we have implemented several safety measures, including:

Raptor Visitor Management System: All parents and visitors are required to check in at the front desk using the Raptor system, which runs background checks to ensure authorized access.

ALL PARENTS, GUARDIANS, AND VISITORS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR DRIVER’S LICENSES TO THE FRONT OFFICE AND SUBMIT THEIR LICENSES INTO THE RAPTOR SYSTEM WHEN SCHOOL BEGINS IN AUGUST.

ALL PARENTS & VOLUNTEERS MUST BE SCANNED THROUGH THE CCS RAPTOR SECURITY SYSTEM. THIS PROCEDURE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL ACTIVITIES ON CAMPUS, INCLUDING WEEKLY CHAPELS, CLASSROOM EVENTS, AWARDS, ETC.

On-Duty Service Officer: Officer Jason is present on campus during school hours to monitor activity and respond promptly to any concerns.

Campus Security Cameras: Our surveillance system covers key areas around the school premises to enhance safety and facilitate ongoing monitoring.

Emergency Preparedness Drills: Regular drills are conducted to prepare students and staff for various emergencies, ensuring everyone knows how to respond effectively.

Secure Entry Points: Entrance doors are secured and monitored, with access restricted during certain times to control visitor flow.

Monitoring and Communication: We maintain open lines of communication with local authorities and have established procedures for promptly reporting and addressing safety issues.

Our faith-based community values the well-being of every individual, and we continually review and enhance our safety protocols to create a secure environment founded on trust and care.

Thank you for your partnership and trust as we work together to keep our schools safe and a welcoming place for all.
