In 2025, our Color Run helped us raise over $120,000 to move learners to install a new playground, provide new uniforms for our sports teams, weight-training & sports equipment and provide Financial Aid to families who contribute to our positive environment and are already sacrificing much to send their children here.

Does my child need to sign up in order to participate in the run?

Everyone gets to participate!

How does my child sign up/ register?  

No need to register your child. They are all set to run! You were sent an email from our online platform 99Pledges you can use to send out to all your family and friends to obtain sponsors for your child.   

Can I sign up the day of the run to participate with my child?
  

Yes! Please register at the check-in station on race day. There will be a $30 registration fee for each parent. Your registration provides you with a Color Run t-shirt (limited supply). 

How does my child pick up their race day items?
  

Your child’s facilitator will hand out race day items the morning of the run.  

Please note any incentives earned after Tuesday, February 24 11:59pm PT, will be distributed on Monday, March 2nd. 

How does the post-race color throw work?
 

Learners who have earned their color packet incentive will be able to throw their color at the finish line along with the other learners.  

Will the color ruin my clothes or running shoes?
 

The majority of the color washes out after the event. It’s best to wear items that you wouldn’t mind getting colored. We suggest washing items worn for the Color Run separately from your other laundry.  

Do you have a cleaning station after the race?
 

We have air-blown color cleaning at the finish line. With a good dusting off, you won’t be 100% clean, but you’ll be good for the drive home. We will also provide car seat covers.   

Will running through the color zones affect my vision or breathing?
 

The color powder is all certified non-toxic and free of any heavy metals. The bright colors are a combination of cornstarch, baking soda, and FD&C (food-safe) dyes. Some runners opt to wear glasses or goggles for their eyes and use a bandana or dust mask for their mouths.  

Are there awards/prizes?  

Yes! Prizes are given at the raised incentive amounts. Please see the incentive prize list for more details.    

Is my registration fee tax deductible?  

Yes.    

How do I create my personal fundraising page?
 

You were sent a link to your personal fundraising page from our online platform 99Pledges.  Once you receive the link, you can send it out to family and friends to sponsor your child. 

How do I create and share a personal URL for my fundraising page?
  

You were emailed a link to your personal fundraising page from our online fundraising platform 99Pledges. 

How can my business be a sponsor of this event?

Do you have any fundraising tips?  

Let everyone know that your child is running in this event! Send them the URL link to your child’s fundraising page and ask them to consider making a donation toward your fundraising goal. These donations can be made online and will directly show in your total amount raised. All donations are tax deductible.    

Use your social media platforms to share what your child is doing and provide the link so that anyone who sees it can visit the fundraising page and make a donation.
