Morning & Afternoon After School Program Registration

Girls

MORNING PROGRAM:

  • 6:00-7:30am for TK-8th Grade
  • Drop Off and Sign in takes place in the Elementary Office
  • Fee: $500.00 per year ($50/month)

AFTERNOON AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM:

  • TK-Kindergarten  2:30-6:00pm
  • 1st-5th Grade  2:45-6:00pm
  • 6th, 7th, 8th   3:00-6:00pm
  • Pick up and sign out will take place in the Elementary Office.
  • Fee: $2,000.00 per year ($200.00/month)

DROP IN AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM: 

  • Before or After School Fee: $25 per day

Modified Day After School Program Registration

Wednesdays are Modified Days and Learners are dismissed at different times depending on their school level. Elementary and Middle Schoolers can stay on campus until 3:15pm at no additional charge. Any learners picked up after 3:15 will be charged the $25 drop-in rate.

Please fill out the registration form to let us know if your Learner(s) will be staying until 3:15pm on Modified Days.

Modified After School Program

Sibling Pick Up

Sibling Pick Up is a service our school offers for parents who have learners who release from school at different dismissal times. This service was created so parents do not have to wait until the next dismissal time to pick up their older child; and so that the parents do not have to go through the car line more than one time.

When to Use Sibling Pick Up:

  • A TK-Kindergartner who dismisses at 2:30pm who is waiting for a sibling in Elementary School that dismisses at 2:45pm.
  • An Elementary Learner who dismisses at 2:45pm who is waiting for a sibling in Middle School that dismisses at 3:00pm.
  • A TK-Kindergartener who dismisses at 2:30pm who is waiting for a sibling in Middle School who dismisses at 3pm
  • A TK-Kindergarten and Elementary sibling who are waiting for a Middle School sibling to dismiss from school at 3:00pm. 

If the siblings dismiss from school at the same time they will go to the car line with their Facilitator.

School Schedule
TK-Kindergarten: 8:00am – 2:30pm
1st – 5th grade: 8:00am – 2:45pm
6th – 8th grade: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Modified Day
TK-Kindergarten: 8:00am – 12:15pm
1st – 5th grade: 8:00am – 12:30pm
6th – 8th grade: 8:00am – 12:45pm

Sibling Pickup

Important Details about After School Program

  • An After School Program contract is required for each student entering the After School Program each school year. 
  • Credit is not issued for days not used due to illness, vacation, or early pickup. 
  • After School Program charges will appear on your FACTS account and withdrawn pursuant to the method of payment you chose for tuition.
  • After School Program will not be offered on days when school is not in session.

Late Pickup Fees begin at 6:00 p.m. 
$1.00 PER MINUTE / PER CHILD 
After three offenses, the fee will be $5.00 per minute.
All late fees will be automatically withdrawn from your EFT on your next billing cycle via FACTS.
Five (5) late pick-ups may result in suspension of the After School Program Contract.
