Application Forms

To apply for admission please send an application and all required materials listed below to the school office. Openings are determined following priority enrollment of current students, siblings, and affiliate church members. As openings may be limited, applicants are encouraged to apply by March 1. Students may be admitted during the school year if openings are available. Class placement is not confirmed until an applicant completes admission procedures and the school receives all completed registration and tuition agreement forms along with any applicable registration and activity fees.

Please note: Children must be 5 years old by September 1st for Kindergarten consideration.

Admission Requirements

When applying we invite parents and students to take a tour of the campus and observe a class in progress.

 Application: A non-refundable $50 application fee must be submitted with the application.  For international students, the nonrefundable application fee is $250.00. Please click here to download an application packet.

 Grades, transcripts, and test scores: Parents and/or guardians must provide the applicant’s most current grade report (grades K-6) or transcript (grades 7-12), as well as a copy of the applicant’s most current standardized testing results (i.e. Stanford 10, Star, etc.).

 References: Please provide the following letters of recommendation (included in the application packet):

  • School Reference Form – From the current School Official to release Student’s information and answer questionnaire.
  • Teacher Reference – Applicants for K-6th grade are required to submit a Teacher Reference Report from a current/most recent teacher. Applicants 7-12th grade are required to submit two Teacher Reference Reports.

 Essay: Students entering grades 6-12 must write a one-page essay about why they are interested in attending Crossroads Christian Schools.

 Testing: Applicants for grades K-12 are required to take an entrance exam. Kindergarten applicants must also take a developmental evaluation. School personnel will administer entrance exams and developmental evaluations at Crossroads Christian Schools upon receipt and review of completed application and all accompanying materials.

 Interview: School personnel may request a personal interview with the applicant and their parent or guardian. Appointments will be arranged after testing.
