This will be Ms. Wilson’s second year at Crossroads Christian School. She has been attending Crossroads Christian Church since she was 5 years old and has volunteered at VBS multiple years.
Ms. Wilson knew she wanted to teach since she was in junior high. She would tutor her friends in any subject they needed help with. Her high school AP Literature teacher made an impact on her learning experience and pushed her to want to teach English because she enjoyed her class and content so much. She hopes to make a difference in a learner’s life just as she did for her.
What does a God-first School mean to her? A God-First School means that no matter what we do, God should be in the center. It is amazing to be able to shape young minds while also teaching the Word of God. Being able to have her faith incorporated in a teaching environment helps fulfill a passion of hers and I she is so blessed to be teaching at a God-First School.
