Mrs. Simpson is a facilitator, wife, mother, and so much more. She has been married to her husband James Simpson III for 26 wonderful years. They have three awesome sons who are James IV (27), Jamel (24), and Jamar (21). In her spare time, she likes to hang out with her family and friends while watching movies and playing board games. She enjoys crossword puzzles, a variety of books, Christian novels, and the Bible. She also enjoys action, adventure, sci-fi, and romantic comedy movies.

Initially, Mrs. Simpson received her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology as an athletic trainer in 1995 at California State University, Northridge. As time progressed, she realized that teaching is one of her purposes/callings in life. Therefore, she’s been teaching all age groups for the past 20 years in public and private schools. She enjoys telling her students about God and His eternal love for them.

What does a God-first School mean to her? Mrs. Simpson is excited about teaching at Crossroads Christian School because she believes that she is on the path to becoming all that God has created her to be in the field of education. Her favorite Scripture is Philippians 4:6-8…She doesn’t want to be anxious for anything. She will continue to allow God to lead and guide her every step of the way.
