Mandy Diaz is passionate about Christian schooling and bringing excellence to both academic and spiritual growth in learners. She has served as a founding Head of School and administrator in private schools for over a decade in addition to teaching first-fifth grades in public and private schools. Mrs. Diaz has been married to James for over 14 years and has two children, Abby and Evan, who also attend Crossroads Church and School.
What does a God-first School mean to her? Serving in a God-First School means being led by the Holy Spirit in all things and using the Lord’s direction to guide each and every decision being made. In all interactions with parents, learners, and facilitators, I strive to represent Jesus while honoring Him through excellence in educating the whole child.
